Terms
Please arrive 10 minutes to prior every class, all
classes commence on time.
Each participant must register with the Bootcamp
for mums representative prior to every class.
If you arrive late to any class, you may not be allowed
to participate. This is for safety reasons.
Everyone must complete a medical questionnaire prior
to joining.
Each participant must wear appropriate training wear
during classes including footwear, clothing, sun,
wind and rain protection.
Each participant must have an appropriate amount
of water with them to see them through the entire
class.
It is your responsibility to inform the Bootcamp
for mums instructor of any injury prior to the start
of the class.
Should you feel any injury or illness at anytime
during any class, you must inform the instructor immediately,
refrain from training & seek professional medical
advice.
Instructions and directions given by the Bootcamp
for mums instructor are done so for the safety of
each individual and must be adhered to at all times.
If you feel for any reason that you cannot do the
exercise or activity in the class, you must inform
the Bootcamp for mums instructor who will suggest
an alternative or refrain from doing that exercise/activity
on that occasion.
Bootcamp for mums or Bootcamp for mums instructors
cannot be held responsible for injuries caused during
the course of the exercise class as injuries are possible.
Fees are to be paid in advance, on the day of registration.
Fees cannot be carried forward to the next session.
If you miss classes for whatever reason e.g. work,
holidays, family engagements, injuries, illness, traffic
delays etc. we will not refund any fee's
already paid.
All classes will go ahead in most weather conditions.
Classes will only be cancelled at the discretion of
Bootcamp for mums. You are to assume that a class
will go ahead unless otherwise informed. All registered
participants will be informed no less than 1 hour
prior to the start of any class of any cancellations.
This will be done either through the web site, phone,
Text, Facebook or Twitter. It is the responsibility
of each participant to provide an email address or
mobile number where they can be contacted up to 1
hour prior to any class and to check the web site
for any cancellations.
It is the participants responsibility to notify by
email to Bootcamp for mums of changes to a participants
contact details i.e. email or mobile number.
Bootcamp for mums may arrange for photograghs/ videos
to be taken during any class for the purposes of advertising
and marketing. Should any participant not wish for
their name or picture to be published they must inform
Bootcamp for mums by email or at registration.
Bootcamp for mums does not provide changing or toilet
facilities. It is up to everyone to come prepared.
Bootcamp for mums cannot be held responsible for
lost, stolen or damaged property during any class.
All participants bringing children to the class must
have a buggy or pram in which to secure the children.
It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure
the well being and safety of the children in their
care.
