for Mums?
Bootcamp For Mums is an outdoor group exercise class
designed to help mums lose weight and get fit while
having fun being outdoors with their children and
meeting other mums. Personal trainers will motivate
you to strive to achieve your goals.
The classes suit all fitness levels.
You can have a high level of fitness or none at all.
The classes are structured so that you go at your
own pace, so it is as challenging as you want it to
be. The more you put in the more you get out! Each
class lasts 1 hour.

What if my child
gets upset during the class?
The classes are run at a time when most babies and
toddlers take their nap. Don’t worry if you
need to stop to look after your baby - just take some
time out from the class. If for some reason baby gets
too upset for you to participate at all then we will
add an additional class to your program. Just inform
your instructor at the end of the class.

What
about the weather?
We will operate in most weather conditions, including
light rain, so please dress to suit. Be sure to have
a pram cover to protect your child from the sun, wind
and/or light rain. In the case of very heavy rain,
the class may be cancelled, if an alternative venue
is not available. If a class is cancelled due to wet
weather the class will be added on at the end of the
6 weeks.
