Bootcamp for mums
Bootcamp for mums was born out of a need for post
natal fitness classes that could accommodate both
mother and baby / toddler. Knowing that most mums
want to get back in shape after having their baby
but that getting time to exercise at a time when you
have the energy is not easy. Hence all our classes
are during the day at a time when baby usually sleeps.
We aim to make our classes fun but challenging at
the same time. Each class will vary but typically
will consist of stretching and warm up exercises,
aerobic exercises, circuits, pelvic floor exercises
and warm down stretches. All our trainers are qualified
instructors and have designed the classes specifically
for mothers.
With the encouragement given by the instructors and
the motivation you will get from other mums in the
classes we hope you will be back in your old jeans
within the 6 week course.
