An outdoor group exercise class for mums to help them
lose weight after having a baby.
Bootcamp for mums combines
gym membership, childcare and personal training at
a fraction of the cost.
Post natal exercise such as walking is great but most
people need a helping hand to shift those extra pounds
gained during pregnancy. Bootcamp for mums makes getting
fit and losing weight fun for mums.
At Bootcamp for mums baby / toddler can come too,
which cuts out the expense and hassle of getting a
babysitter!
So if you want to get fit, lose weight and meet other
similar minded mothers then Bootcamp for mums is for
you.
